Who doesn’t like pancakes?! Create our pea protein pancakes as an after-training treat! Simply mix one cup of plant-based milk, one cup of all-purpose flour, one quarter cup of pea protein blend, one tablespoon of baking powder, half a teaspoon of salt, two tablespoons of organic maple syrup, then blend to create the pancake batter. Ladle the batter into four pancakes in a hot non-stick frying pan and allow to cook for roughly two minutes on each side. Remove from the heat and top as desired. Alternatively, you can simply add one serving of our pea protein blend to your favourite smoothie.
